Student Enrollment Requirements

The following requirements must be met for any student to be enrolled at Wilcox County Schools:

  • All students must reside in Wilcox County.
  • Students must apply for enrollment at the appropriate school.
  • Parents / Legal Guardians must do the following:
    • Complete registration form
    • Provide valid social security card
    • Provide copy of birth certificate with seal of authenticity
    • Provide current immunization records
    • Certificate of Ear, Eye & Dental Exam (Form 3300)
    • Withdrawal Papers
    • Discipline & Attendance Record
    • Standardized Test Scores
    • Psychological Data / IEP
  • An additional requirement for high school enrollment:
    • Student’s transcripts
    • 9th Grade Entry Date
