Student Enrollment Requirements
Guidance Counselors
The following requirements must be met for any student to be enrolled at Wilcox County Schools:
- All students must reside in Wilcox County.
- Students must apply for enrollment at the appropriate school.
- Parents / Legal Guardians must do the following:
- Complete registration form
- Provide valid social security card
- Provide copy of birth certificate with seal of authenticity
- Provide current immunization records
- Certificate of Ear, Eye & Dental Exam (Form 3300)
- Withdrawal Papers
- Discipline & Attendance Record
- Standardized Test Scores
- Psychological Data / IEP
- An additional requirement for high school enrollment:
- Student’s transcripts
- 9th Grade Entry Date
